If your company contributes to HRD Corp, our programmes can be funded from that levy instead of your operating budget. Unused levy doesn't sit there forever, so safety training is a practical way to put it to work.
Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, employers must provide the instruction and training employees need to work safely. Documented training is also what ISO 45001 auditors and multinational customers look for.
